The Conflict Resilience Index (CRI) provides a comprehensive assessment of countries globally, focusing on their ability to withstand, manage, and recover from conflict. The CRI evaluates nations across six critical domains: demographics, which considers population dynamics and social structure; economic stability, analysing key performance indicators and economic resilience; social cohesion, measuring societal well-being and the capacity to manage internal
tensions; agricultural security, assessing food production and resource availability; energy independence, focusing on energy production and consumption; and international politics, examining a country’s standing in global affairs, alliances and its exposure to geopolitical risks.
The index highlights nations facing significant challenges in maintaining stability, outlining vulnerabilities that could escalate into conflict.
